Some stories cannot be told through ready-made pieces. Custom design allows you to create something deeply personal, guided by your taste, your proportions, and the meaning behind the moment. The result is jewelry that feels intentional, considered, and entirely yours.
Our Process

Consultation
- We begin with a one-on-one consultation to understand your ideas, inspiration, stone preferences, budget, and timeline. You may share photos, sketches, or simply a feeling you want the piece to evoke.
- We work with clients remotely, don't hesitate to get in touch with us via email: info@emiconner.comto share your ideas, budget, and timeline.
- Once we have a mutually agreed upon custom design, we will provide you with an estimate that is valid for 30 days from the date of the quote. After the 30 days, the estimate is subject to change.

Design, CAD rendering, and Resin Model
- You will receive detailed renderings for approval. One complimentary design revision is included (additional revisions may incur fees).
- Any major design changes after approval may require a new design fee.
- Resin Model (Optional) For certain designs, a resin model can be created upon request before casting the final piece. This step allows you to see the scale and proportions in person before the final production.

Production & Crafting
- Metal casting and stone setting.
- Hand-finishing and polishing.
- Quality inspection to ensure perfection.

Final Review & Delivery
- Final payment is required before shipping.
- Custom-designed jewelry includes a craftsmanship warranty and lifetime care.
