ECJ Return, Exchange Cancellation Policy
At Emi Conner Jewelry, we want you to feel confident and delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the terms below.
RETURNS
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
How to Request a Return
- Email info@emiconner.com or use our website contact form within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Include:
- Your order number
- Full name
- Email and phone number
3. Our team will respond within 48 hours with the return address and packing instructions.
4. You must ship the item back within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.
REFUNDS
- As most ECJ pieces are made-to-order, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are issued once the piece is received and inspected. -
Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to fully process.
Return Conditions
Returned items must:
- Be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
- Include all original packaging
- Not be resized or altered by any jeweler other than ECJ.
- Rings ordered in the wrong size cannot be exchanged or returned once worn—they may only be resized. See our Ring Size Policy here.
If an item requires extensive cleaning, repair, or cannot be resold due to wear or damage, a higher restocking fee may apply.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or an error was made on our part:
- Custom Design pieces
- Personalized items
- SALE items
Shipping Responsibility
- International customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- ECJ is not responsible for packages lost during transit.
EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

The full amount of your original purchase will be applied to your new item of equal or greater value.
The same return steps and conditions apply as listed above. - Items must arrive in original packaging and original condition.
- Customers are responsible for shipping and insurance both ways.
Important Exchange Note
Rings ordered in the wrong size cannot be exchanged. They may be resized according to our Ring Size Policy but are not eligible for exchange or size swaps.
CANCELLATIONS
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer possible as production begins.
- You may still return the item once received under the 30-day return policy, subject to the 20% restocking fee.
CHANGING AN ORDER OR SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you need to change your shipping address, ring size, stone choice, or design details:

Changes are only possible if production has not yet begun.
If the item has already been created, additional fees may apply.
