At Emi Conner Jewelry, we want you to feel confident and delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the terms below.

30-Day Returns

Return within 30 days for a refund, minus 20% restocking fee.

Returns Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email info@emiconner.com or use our website contact form within 30 days of receiving your item.
  2. Include:
  • Your order number
  • Full name
  • Email and phone number

3. Our team will respond within 48 hours with the return address and packing instructions.
4. You must ship the item back within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.

REFUNDS:

  • As most ECJ pieces are made-to-order, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds are issued once the piece is received and inspected.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to fully process.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
  • Include all original packaging and materials
  • Have all tags attached

Exchanges Policy

EXCHANGES

We offer one (1) exchange per order on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The full value of your original purchase may be applied toward one replacement item of equal or greater value.
  • All exchange items are final sale and are not eligible for return or additional exchange for any reason, including preference or fit.
  • All exchange requests must follow the same return steps and conditions outlined in the Return section.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and original condition

Important Exchange Note

  • Rings ordered in the wrong size cannot be exchanged. They may be resized according to our Ring Size Policy

Cancellations Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer possible as production begins.
  • Once received, the item may be returned within 30 days under our return policy, or the order may be canceled. In either case, a 20% restocking fee applies.

CHANGING AN ORDER OR SHIPPING ADDRESS

  • If you need to change your shipping address, ring size, stone choice, or design details:
    Please contact us immediately at info@emiconner.com.
  • Changes are only possible if production has not yet begun.
  • If the item has already been created, additional fees may apply.
