Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • All U.S. orders above $100 are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days) or FedEx Express Saver (3–5 business days).
  • Orders above $150 require a signature upon delivery.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via DHL Worldwide with delivery in 3–5 business days.

All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of your order.

Important Information for International Customers
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please check with your local customs office to determine what additional costs may apply to your order. We recommend including a phone number at checkout in case customs needs to contact you regarding your shipment.

Packaging

  • All of our jewelry arrives beautifully packaged in a signature ECJ jewelry box, ready for gifting or treasuring for yourself. Please note that packaging styles may vary slightly as we thoughtfully update and refine our presentation from time to time.
  • Because most of our orders are gifts, we do not include invoices in the packages. If you would like an invoice, please leave us a comment during checkout letting us know.
  • Any ECJ jewelry piece with a total diamond weight of 0.10 ct or more includes a Diatrue Diamond Scan Certificate. Using the advanced Diatrue CS scanner, we verify natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, moissanite, and cubic zirconia (CZ) for complete transparency and your confidence.

Processing Times

Most pieces are made to order and ship within 3–4 weeks. Custom designs may require additional time, with timelines quoted on a case-by-case basis. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Estimates

United States: 2–4 business days via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Express. International: 3–5 business days via FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Transit times may vary depending on the destination country. For added security, a signature may be required upon delivery.
