- Borrow a ring they already wear (from the correct finger) and measure it discreetly.
- Ask a close friend or family member for help—they often know the size.
- When unsure, size up slightly—resizing down is easier than resizing up.

Follow these helpful tips to ensure you get the perfect ring size.
Measure at the right time
Time of day: Measure your finger at the end of the day, when it’s naturally at its largest.
Consider temperature
Cold weather can cause fingers to shrink, while heat can make them expand. Measure in a comfortable room temperature environment.
Account for knuckle size
Your ring needs to fit over your knuckle but be snug at the base. If your knuckle is much larger, consider sizing up slightly.
Wide bands fit tighter
Ring size can vary depending on band width. Wider bands ( 4 mm+) may feel tighter and often require going up ¼–½ size for comfort. If you’re between sizes or purchasing a wider style, we recommend sizing up.
Measure multiple times
Take measurements on different days and at different times to get the most accurate average size for your finger.
When in doubt, size up
It's easier to resize a ring down than up. If you're between sizes, it's generally safer to choose the larger size.

Complimentary Resizing
We offer one complimentary ring resizing within 30 days of purchase, including free shipping within the U.S. For international customers, a $70 return shipping fee applies.
Turnaround Time
Ring resizing typically takes 1-2 weeks. We'll notify you as soon as your ring is ready to be shipped back or picked up.
How It Works
Contact us with your order number and desired size. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send your ring back to us. Our expert jewelers will carefully resize your piece and return it to you.
Resizing Limitations & What to Expect
- Rings can only be resized up to ½ size up and up to 2 sizes down from the original size.
- If a size adjustment beyond this range is required, the ring will need to be remanufactured rather than standard resized, which may involve additional charges and an extended turnaround time. We will discuss any associated costs and estimated timeframes before you send in your ring. These charges are subject to change upon a thorough examination.
- Certain designs, such as rings with stones on the band, eternity bands, engravings, or intricate details, may not be eligible for resizing. Our team can help determine whether your ring can be resized.
- Please note that your resized ring may not look exactly like the original, as minor variations can occur. During resizing, small amounts of metal may be added or removed to achieve the correct size, which may result in a slight variation in thickness. This change is typically minimal and may not be noticeable.
Please note: Outside the 30-day complimentary period, rings can still be resized for a $80 fee for sizing down and $200 for sizing up (return shipping included), as long as they fall within the recommended sizing range.
