1. Custom Order Deposit & Payments

• To begin the CAD design process, a non-refundable custom design deposit of $200–$500 is required. This deposit may be applied toward the total cost of your ring, depending on the final design.
• The remaining balance is due before production begins.
• If a unique or special-order stone needs to be sourced, the full cost of the stone must be paid upfront to secure availability prior to finalizing the CAD design.

2. Design Revisions & Changes

• Three (3) complimentary CAD revisions are included.
• Additional revisions may incur a $50–$150 fee, depending on complexity.
• Once production begins, no further design changes can be made.

3. Production Timeline

• Custom-designed pieces typically take 4–10 weeks to complete, depending on design complexity and the number of revisions.
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Please inquire for availability.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• All custom-designed pieces are final sale and non-refundable.
  
• Due to their personalized nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

5. Warranty & Repairs

• We offer a lifetime craftsmanship warranty that covers manufacturing defects.
• Repairs outside of warranty coverage or resulting from normal wear and tear are available for a fee.

6. Resizing Policy

• Most custom rings can be resized up to ½ size larger or up to 2 sizes smaller.
• Significant size adjustments may require remanufacturing and additional fees.

7. Intellectual Property & Design Rights

• All custom designs created by Emi Conner Jewelry (ECJ) remain the intellectual property of our brand. We reserve the right to photograph, showcase, and reproduce designs unless a design exclusivity agreement has been arranged in advance.
• We do not create exact replicas of copyrighted designs. However, we are happy to create inspired designs with a unique and original interpretation.
