RING SIZE OPTIONS
Most designs are available in US size 4-10, including 1/4, 1/2, and 3/4 sizes. Please confirm your size before ordering. Larger and smaller sizes are available; please message us for a custom order.

HOW TO DETERMINE YOUR RING SIZE

TIP FOR MEASURING YOUR FINGER 
Your ring should fit your finger comfortably; snug enough so that it will not fall off, but loose enough to slide over your knuckle.
Finger size changes depending on the time of day and the weather. For best results measure your finger size: 1. At the end of the day and when your fingers are warm (Fingers are smaller in the early morning and when cold.) 2. Measure finger size 3 to 4 times to eliminate an erroneous reading.

TIPS FOR BUYING THE RING AS A SURPRISE
Ask your significant other’s friends or mother if they know her finger size. Borrow one of your significant other’s rings (from the correct finger) and use the ring measurements above to determine its size.

RESIZING POLICY

ECJ offers one complimentary ring resizing within 30 days of purchase, including free shipping within the U.S. For international customers, a $70 return shipping fee applies.

RESIZING LIMITATIONS

• Rings can only be resized up to ½ size up and up to 2 sizes down from the original size.
• If a size adjustment beyond this range is required, the ring will need remanufacturing instead of standard resizing, which may involve additional charges and an extended turnaround time. We will discuss any associated costs and estimated timeframes before you send in your ring. These charges are subject to change upon a thorough examination.
• Certain designs, such as rings with stones on the band, eternity bands, engravings, or intricate details, may not be eligible for resizing. Our team can help determine whether your ring can be resized.

The 30-day resizing policy begins when your purchase is first available for shipment or pickup.

Outside of the 30-day complimentary period, rings can still be resized for a $80 fee for sizing down and $200 for sizing up(return shipping included), as long as they fall within the recommended sizing range.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Please note that your resized ring may not look exactly like the original, as minor variations can occur. During resizing, small amounts of metal may be added or removed to achieve the correct size, which may result in a slight variation in thickness. This change is typically minimal and may not be noticeable.We will keep you updated throughout the process, from when we receive your ring to completion and return shipping. Resizing generally takes 1–2 weeks, plus shipping time.
