No, we do not have a showroom or storefront, we are an online only jeweler.
Every piece is handmade to order and will take at least 1 week or some pieces will take between 2-3 weeks to complete from when your order was confirmed. For rush orders, please contact us and we’ll do our best to oblige.

We have a resize partnership you can send the ring to be resized by at your own costs here www.quickjewelryrepairs.com , you can use “emijewelry” for 10% discount coupon. Or take the ring to be resized by your local jeweler. Resizing from other jewelers will not void the warranty.

We offer a One-Year warranty on all solid gold items and 30-Days warranty of our Sterling Silver from the date of completion. If any issues arise in warranty period, we will repair your piece free of charge. It is your responsibility to ship and insure your jewelry; we will return your piece insured once repaired.
In or out of warranty, we are always happy to repair damaged pieces. Fees for this service vary according to the extent of repair. You can read more about our warranty HERE.
Solid 14K gold has 58.3% pure gold, so you may have an allergy to the 41.7% of the alloys (most of the time, it is the copper) that are in the metal. Or, it can be a chemical reaction of your sweat and the gold, the amount of salt in the food you’ve ate can also causes this reaction. You can avoid this by applying clear nail polish to the inside of the ring. And you can remove the discoloration on the ring by buffing it with a polishing cloth.
