Our Custom Design Process
1INITIAL CONSULTATION AND ESTIMATES
We work with clients remotely, please contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org or contact form below to share your ideas, budget, and timeline. Once we have a mutually agreed upon custom design, we will provide you with an estimate that is valid for 30 days from the date of the quote. After the 30-day time period, the estimate is subject to change.
2CUSTOM DESIGN FEE
Once you agree with the estimate, we require the design fee to be paid in full prior to work beginning. This fee is non-refundable and will NOT be applied toward the final purchase.
Our custom design fee start at $250-$2000 depends on the complexity of your dream design. This fee is to cover our time and labor cost to create up to three CAD (mock up) modifications or hand-carved wax model in the case of CAD does not work with your dream design. This fee also includes the wax model for you to try on and review in person, before we cast the piece.
Once you reviewed the wax model of your dream design in person and confirm to moving forward, we require a 50% deposit to begin work and stone sourcing.
4BRING IT TO LIFE
From start to finish, our process is typically 4-8 weeks. Once complete, we’ll smail you to coordinate shipping and final payment. We ship via FedEx with insurance and the package will need to be signed for upon delviery.
