We accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund or exchange.
Please submit your return/exchange request via e-mail to or our contact page within 7 days after receiving the item. Someone from our team will contact you within 48 hours with a return address and packing instruction. You must include your original order number and your contact information (name, email, phone number). You must ship the item back within 14 days of delivery. As most of our items are made-to-order there will be A re-stocking fee of 20% deducted from your refund. We will refund you as soon as the piece delivered to us. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed.
All merchandise must be undamaged, rings must NOT be re-sized. Items showing obvious signs of alteration by a jeweler other than ECJ will not be accepted. If a piece is returned that require extensive cleaning or repair, or are otherwise unable to be resold, we will charge a higher restocking fee depending on the work required.
Vermeil, Custom, Semi-Custom, Personalized, and SALE items are final and not returnable unless there has been some error on our part or the piece is faulty.
Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer for any returns or services, including customs fees for international customers.
Shipping and handling fee on all returned items are non-refundable.
PayPal orders may be returned for credit back to your PayPal account. Please allow up to two weeks for your account to be credited.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a prior return authorization
CANCELLING AN ORDER
You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellation must be done within 24 hours of placing your order. Once 24 hours have passed, your order cannot be canceled. But we can process as a return order, there will be 20% restocking fee deducted from your refund.
CHANGING AN ORDER OR SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you wish to change the shipping address, design, ring size, or stone, please contact us as soon as possible. There maybe an additional fee, if the item has been created. Please submit your changing request via e-mail to or our contact page
If you wish to exchange your piece, we will apply the full amount of your original purchase to a new purchase of equal or greater value.

We want you to enjoy your Emi Conner Jewelry for years to come, so we handcraft each piece of jewelry with durability in mind using high-quality materials to ensure they will withstand daily wear when treated with common-sense care.
► 30-day warranty on all items. Should repairs be needed, it is the client’s responsibility to ship and insure the piece(s); we will return jewelry via insured shipment.
► This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
► The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the item at the discretion of Emi Conner Jewelry. Any work performed by a jeweler other than ECJ automatically voids the warranty.
► This warranty does not cover damage as a result of abuse, misuse, loss or theft of your Emi Conner Jewelry.
Fine jewelry is not impervious to normal wear, activities or trauma. This is particularly true for rings since hands are regularly subjected to considerable abuse. We do not provide warranties for damage due to normal wear, product loss, loss of stones or theft. Damage or loss that results from failure to obtain repairs necessary to maintain the integrity of the product is also NOT covered.
Some examples of common jewelry issues that would NOT be considered manufacturing defects include:
Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs or bathing.
Prongs and precious metals, in general, wear over time and may require “building up” or restoration work as normal wear.
Bent, caught or worn out prongs(s) allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage.
Lost stone or a stone has fallen out due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage.
►THIS WARRANTY IS NOT AN INSURANCE POLICY. It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain insurance against loss or damage not covered by the warranty.
► After this period a fee for repairs or alterations will be charged to cover materials, time and return postage.
We will replace melee diamonds within the first 3 months (2mm and smaller) free of charge. Center stones are not under warranty, please insure your piece. Please be mindful that emeralds and opals are considered a brittle stone. They are soft and can easily crack, chip or change color if they are not cared for properly.
✤ Please keep in mind that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics, or internal inclusions, visible or otherwise, in colored gemstones are unique and individual to each item. These characteristics are considered as part of their beauty, and what makes each piece of Emi Conner Jewelry, one-of-a-kind! and should not be considered a defect. Due to these natural variations and the differences between computer screens, your jewelry may look slightly different in person than it does online. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you'll have 14 days to return it for an exchange or full refund.
