How long does production take?
Every piece is handcrafted in small batches with our team of master artisans in Thailand.
Standard production time: 2–4 weeks
Custom or complicated designs: 4–6 weeks
Ready-to-Ship items ship within 1–3 business days.
Can I rush an order?
Yes, for many designs. Rush production depends on workload, stone availability, and complexity.

How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email when your order is shipped.

💍 RING SIZING
How do I find my ring size?
We recommend ordering our Ring Sizer or visiting a local jeweler.
If you already have a ring that fits, we can also size it using measurements.
Do you offer resizing?
Yes. Please check out our resizing policy here.
What if my ring doesn’t fit?
Don’t worry — we’ll help you fix it. Contact us within 30 days, and we’ll guide you through the resizing or exchanging process.

What stones do you use?
We offer:
- Lab-grown diamonds (recommended)
- Natural diamonds (by request)
- Pink, champagne, and blue fancy lab-grown stones
- Aquamarine & colored gemstones
- Teal and blue stones in curated hues
Every stone is carefully inspected for brilliance, clarity, and sparkle.
Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. Chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds — just ethically grown and more affordable.
They test as real diamonds and come with gemologist certification (0.7 ct+).
Do you offer moissanite?
We can provide it upon request, but we encourage customers to choose lab-grown diamonds for long-term durability, value, and authenticity.
What metals do you use?
All jewelry is crafted in 14k,18k solid gold using SCS-certified recycled precious metals from United PM (Thailand) and Stuller (USA).

We ship worldwide via USPS, FedEx, or DHL.
How much is shipping?
- U.S. Standard: Free
- U.S. Express: $25-$70
- International: Calculated at checkout
Do I need signature confirmation?
For orders over $300, we strongly recommend signature confirmation for your security.
Will customs fees apply for international orders?
Yes, depending on your country. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties.

Do you offer repairs?
Yes! We can repair most ECJ pieces at a fair repair fee, depending on the issue.

Can I create a custom design ring?
Absolutely. We love custom work.
We offer multiple options:
- Modification of an existing ECJ design
- Fully custom CAD design
- Wax prototype (optional)
- Colored stone sourcing
- Lab-grown diamond sourcing in fancy colors
- Natural Diamond sourcing
How much is a custom design?
- Custom design fee: $300–$2000
- CAD: included
- Resin model: included
- Final price depends on stone + gold weight.
Can I provide my own stone?
In most cases, yes — as long as it passes inspection for durability.
