Attention: Emi Conner Jewelry’s Holiday Season this year is from December 15th - February 5th, 2023. This is our busiest time of year and also when our staff takes their annual vacations. Below is our expected turnaround time extending from 2-3 weeks to 7-8 weeks, as we will keep our online shop open:
- Please Order January pieces before Christmas!
- All made-to-order items that are placed between December 15th, 2022 - January 19th, 2023 will be shipped on February 6th, 2023.
- Our production time will go back to 2-3 weeks after January 20th, 2023.
- Wax sample and ring sizer orders will be shipped on February 6th.
- All Inquiries, Returns and/or Exchanges made after December 20th, 2022 will be processed after February 6th, 2023.
- All Communication: 3-5 business dats (Etsy messages, emails)
